We were making a road trip from Texas into Florida when the electrical throttle on our Jeep Compass gave out on the way back to Texas. We called this dealership while waiting on our tow. When we got to the shop, Justin remembered my phone call and set my husband at ease. Even though we got there late, they really helped us to the max. They provided us a loner so we could find lodging. And before we left, they told us the problem, cost to fix, and that it would be ready the morning of the next day. The next day, after leaving a little way down the road, we noticed a hesitation that had us concerned, so we turned around and went back. Justin immediately took the vehicle on a test drive. He was honest, and said he felt it, too. He pulled the vehicle into the garage and took out a spark plug. He showed us what had him concerned, we took his recommendation, and within 10 minutes the spark plugs were changed. Problem solved! No more issues with this on our long way back to Texas. Also, they assured us there is a 2 year warranty at any Jeep dealership on parts and service. Even a dealership in Texas! This is the most honest and genuine dealership we've ever dealt with.
Great experience. Spoke with my salesman Joe via phone. Was given a price for my trade (upon inspection) and a price for the new Van I purchased. No hidden costs or up selling. Found 2 small paint defects and brought it back. Was fixed perfectly with no cost while I got a loaner car for free. Would go back and recommend. I drove passed 2 other dealerships that were way closer to where I live due to the outstanding customer service.
I was looking for a car for months and finally found the one I wanted here. I live in Tampa so I had to make the 2 hour trek there. Todd and Mellysa were in contact with me from online inquiry to purchase and it was a smooth process. Unfortunately, they weren't able to give me anything worth it for my car trade in so they had sent drivers to drive my new car back to Tampa for me while I drove my old car back!! It's been a month and my new car has been great. Contact with them for other things after the purchase was a little slow and took a bit of time to get what I needed (so make sure you get everything you need paperwork wise and questions done by the time you purchase!). For me though, they've been so great overall, it's something I can overlook. Would buy a car from here again without question.
Parts department is good, service sucks, sales guys seem inexperienced. Mostly go for the veiw

The service team there is always helpful with me with my vehicle always happy and always on the toes to get the customer what they need for their vehicle to get fix thanks again

We have purchased two used cars from Parks and our oil change for both of our cars was due. They took us in immediately and did a wonderful job on both.
